Please note the THEME of the Paulee.  Bring a bottle per person of any of the wines from the chateaux and vintages listed below.  If you’re coming as a couple, please bring 2 bottles. If you have potential candidates that you’d like to invite, please make sure that they or you, as their host, bring the corresponding number of bottles.

LIGHT REFRESHMENTS will be available – yes, chicken and light sides.

WHERE:  The Foundry/ Chicken Scratch located at 2303 Pittman Street, Dallas, TX 75208

o  Please note that the restaurant will be open to other patrons.  However, we will have a dedicated section in the restaurant for our group.

 

WHEN:  Saturday, April 30 at 3:00pm to 7:00pm.  Attendees are welcome to plan dinner on your own.

THEME: Vintages from 2010 and older - Wines from the following chateaux, and any vintage of any First Growths would be welcome.
